Demolition De-Fit - Yanchep

At Alkimos Building Services, we provide comprehensive demolition de-fit services for our clients. Our most recent project was for the City of Wannaroo, who needed an end of lease de-fit completed.

In order to guarantee a successful completion, we provided full dilapidation reports both before and after works were complete, to ensure that all work was conducted to the highest standard.

We started by isolating and disconnecting any electrics within walls being removed, then went on to remove doors and hardware. After this, we systematically removed walls and any damaged walls patched. To finish off the project, we also painted the entirety of the office and toilets, leaving them in a condition suitable for handover back to center management.
