CONSTRUCTION OF STORAGE ROOM / NEW PORTICO / JARRAH SLATTED WALL – PERTH CBD
We were asked to turn an unused space into a storage Room.
We came up with this solution.
- Construction of a new storage room, insuring there was a seamless transition between our new addition and the existing building, with all interior walls lined with Villa board. 2x 720 Solicore Duracote Exterior Flush Doors.
- Construction of new extended portico complete with Aquachek plasterboard ceiling.
- Construction of new jarrah slatted screen wall
- Construction of new Jarrah gate with access ladder to all mechanical services below.
- New jarrah walls and existing jarrah decking were all finished of with a rich jarrah decking oil.
